Meet Clive, Principal & Founder
Hi, I’m Clive D’Souza, Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with nearly two decades of experience in finance and operations at leading global agencies.
During my career, I’ve partnered closely with founders, executive teams and functional leads to help solve complex problems with clear commercial thought-process. My work spans creative agencies, technology companies and professional services firms operating in dynamic, high-growth environments.
While at AKQA and Blast Radius, I led client negotiations with world-class brands including Apple, Google, Nike, Starbucks and Uber. My role focused on pricing and commercial structuring of projects, balancing client needs with delivery realities to drive strong outcomes and sustainable margins.
That experience shaped how I work today: aligning internal commercial strategy with external market factors, strengthening client relationships and building financial frameworks that support long-term growth. I’m known for thriving in ambiguity, asking the right questions and helping leadership teams make disciplined decisions even when the data isn’t perfect.
I founded OLM Advisory to provide the kind of financial leadership I saw many growing businesses struggle to access — senior, thoughtful and pragmatic finance support without the overhead or rigidity of a full-time executive hire. I also have a broad, trusted network of client contacts and best-in-class talent, giving clients access to insights and relationships beyond the engagement itself.
